My name is Madison Lucas, I'm 16 years old and I live in Utah .

I love music and art. I love my friends, my family and the idea that America was originally built on, the love of freedom and the passion to fight for our rights.

I do not like TeenScreen because what it does is pry into every student's life so they can be diagnosed with bogus mental illnesses and put on psychiatric drugs to "treat" them.

The fact that they are trying to get a program where every single kid gets tested for mental illness is quite a scary thought! Is our society going to turn into a “Farhrenheit 451” or “Anthem”? (two books I recommend) That seems to be where we're headed with all of this.

Putting more kids on drugs is bad situation in our society. Teen Screen is a test with foolish questions that, first of all, don't tell you anything about a person and second, don't have a correct answer no matter what you answer. As a citizen of this country and a member of a society I would hope that I could exercise my right to refuse taking a test that will label me mentally ill. I also hope that parents and other youths become aware of the dangers of this program because it is taking away our rights as human beings.
